Celebrity chef Mario Batali is the latest high-profile man accused of sexual misconduct. Eater released an investigation Monday that featured four women's accounts of Batali touching them inappropriately, and the Food Network star has issued an apology in response.

"I apologize to the people I have mistreated and hurt.

Although the identities of most of the individuals mentioned in these stories have not been revealed to me, much of the behavior described does, in fact, match up with ways I have acted," Batali said in part.

Executives at ABC's The Chew, where Batali was one of the main hosts, also issued statements, along with his fellow co-hosts."While we are unaware of any type of inappropriate behavior involving him and anyone affiliated with the show, we will swiftly address any alleged violations of our standards of conduct," ABC said.
