All Saints' star Melanie Blatt and television presenter Anthea Turner are both showing off their bare bits on the pages of national magazines, as well as revealing their thoughts behind the pictures.

Ms Blatt displays her pregnant stomach on the front page of men's magazine, GQ, in its September edition.

She has never made a secret of her bulge, continuing to wear cropped tops during the band's public appearances.

And in an interview with GQ, she said: "It's not a fashion statement, and it's not anything to do with 'girl power'.

"I'm a woman, and women get pregnant."

Ms Blatt also said: "The only reason I'm doing it is because I happen to be pregnant and happen to have to work at the same time.

"Millions and millions of women do it, and I have to do it as well," she said.

It is not the first time pregnant celebrities have exhibited their stomachs. Actress Demi Moore and model mum Jerry Hall have both bared their bumps posing for magazines.
